A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

A:  It is $65 for each design. 

Q:  How many days will it be to make the mould and samples?
A: It will be 3-5 business days.

Q: How to provide the pictures for you if we want to customize new design keychains?
A:  If you can send the pictures with different angles and orientations, it will be best. So we can check all the details well and make good design or artwork for your approval.

Q: What should we do if we want to print our logo on the products?
A: Please send AI file or CAD file or PDF file of your logo and Pantone code of your logo to us. So we can print it exactly the same with your logo.

Q: What is MOQ for customizing silicone ice ball? MOQ for PVC USB drives? MOQ for PVC Keychains?
A:  MOQ is 500pcs for silicone ice ball,  150pcs for PVC usb drives, 300pcs for pvc keychains.

Q: How to pack your products?
A:  Usually, we pack them with poly bag packaging, if you will need gift box or paper box, please try to talk with our sales persons and get the quotes.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: About USB drives, our warranty is 2 years.  About ice ball and keychains and the other products, our warranty is 1 year.  If the warranty is invalid, you can tell us the problems, our customer service will help you to fix them.

Q: What is your delivery lead time?
A: Delivery lead time is about 7-10 days if order quantity is less than 1000pcs.
